Exhausted. Just how much longer can my body hold out against all this stress? I'm working on my 3rd final in two days... and then the real fun of "take-homes" begins -- which have no time limit, and yet the professors don't seem to understand that theirs is not the only one.
(The current final is an "in-class take-home" -- a test that's supposed to take 4-8 hours, so it's due at 9am tomorrow. Lucky me, I'm on the Honor Council and had to sit through a 3-hour meeting this evening, so I came home and slept for a couple of hours because I still have half the test left. It's midnight here, by the way.)
Urrgh. Back to the grind. /procrastination
ETA: 2:10am and I'm done! I managed to finish the second half in just 2 hours, while the first half took ~4 (probably more like 3 when you subtract the procrastination). I might actually be able to get ~7 hours of sleep tonight when you add in my earlier nap! Woot! And goodnight!

Blue graffitied on my signature... But it made me laugh, so it's all good!

Alone!
But it's not a depressing alone, it's more of a no-one-is-online alone (Well, at least no one I want to talk to)

Re: How are you feeling? (Split)
Mixed feelings. I won't elaborate on the bad ones, so here's the good ones:
Happy that my job is going pretty well so far (and my boss AND his boss even remembered from my interview when I'll be having company and can't work overtime, etc).
CRAZY excited and like a little kid again. It SNOWED here today. In fact, it is STILL snowing. And not just wimpy flakes, big ones, and enough of 'em to stick to the ground even! It's like a winter wonderland here! For those of you who don't know, in my entire lifetime, it has snowed...4? times in Houston, the last of which I wasn't in town (Christmas eve night/Christmas day morning 4 years ago). It's only stuck twice of those times. This is like, a REALLY big deal here. We made a little snowman, even. I'll post a picture of it in the pic thread once I get them on my computer. Who would think of making a snowman at 9:30 at night?
Cold...well...it's cold out.
Amused...it's supposed to be 60 degrees F out tomorrow. Gotta love Houston.

Somewhat disappointed.
Although I probably should have expected that when I am generous, some people will try to take advantage of it.

Freaked out! I had a really creepy dream, and it was SCARY.
I'm going to IMAX today with school though, so it's all good.

Exhausted. Got home, and left almost immediately to do more shopping, then stopped by a birthday party at the pizza place on the way back. Good thing is, I think we now have everyone covered, with the exception of my mother-in-law, but we're making her gift.
On the other hand, my first week at my new job went pretty well, I thought.

Hooray for PPT to unwind
P.S. Congrats, Pickles. Glad to hear your first week at the new job went well!

Stressed.
I have a research paper due this week, and I'm nowhere near done. I have an economics project due this week that we just got Friday, and we still havent worked out a time to do the commercial. I'm not sure when I'll have time to work on/finish either of these. Oh. and I have anatomy homework. joy.

Headdesking at my own stupidity. Going over to a friend's house to "practice lines for acting class" was obviously going to turn into hanging out for five hours, and I knew that. I should've stayed home to write my paper.
