I just played this for the first time and thought it was neat.
I don't like the mini-games though, they lag really bad on my computer.. my opponents already finished the games and it had hardly loaded on mine.
BUT I did end up winning on my first try! Yay!
I got an Eo, Har, and Mau Codestone in addition to a Yurble Book.
I just wish that I had other tokens to use!

You can keep playing as many times as you like since the game is still in open beta. You don't need any tokens to play for the moment, except for the one that TNT originally gave you :)

Okay, how annoying is this. I've played 4 games in a row (with a huge lag time) and every time I am doing really well and just about to get my last key, people drop out and the game gets ended.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. LOL

I know...I know...it's only a game. Even if I lose I play until the end though. :battar:

My husband had that happen to him as he was clicking the arrow to get into the door and win the game.

This is why I don't play with people I don't know. Thank goodness for cool PPTers!!

I've also had at least 3-4 people leave when I was beating them. The worst was when I was two steps away from the door and it was my turn to spin (and I was going to win since I had the dice power up) and then they left the game. I don't know if my computer is just faster than a lot of the people I play against or what but for whatever reason it's usually really easy for me to win the mini games. So unless the person I'm playing against is good at them I've started to purposely do worse, I still try to win but I try to give the other person a chance to get closer to my score since otherwise people seem to get mad and leave when I keep beating them with a lot more points on the mini games. But I agree, it just bugs me when they leave since I also play until the end whether I'm winning or not.

I am sorry to hear that people dropping out at the end is happening to other people as well. I know a lot of people have lag or lose the game with a freeze at the moment, but I am seeing a pattern of people dropping right at the end when I am about to win. I think that is an issue that needs to be addressed with the game. Perhaps even a default key could be given to the person that stayed to either prevent against poor sportsmanship and encourage good sportsmanship.

I stopped using the "power ups" because they would glitch out and make me lose a turn. However, I was about to win the game and the other player was able to successfully use helmet on me to switch places and win the game. Not to mention I always roll a "1". Maybe it's just my luck? Anyone else get the "roll a 1" glitch?

I don't get the "roll a 1" glitch, but I have a story similar to the one earlier in your post:

I was losing really badly against a person, she had like 2 of every key and I had just gotten my last key. She was 3 spaces away from the finish. I used my Transporter Helmet to trade places, thinking I will win because I am so close. Instead, I roll a 2 and end up 1 space away from winning. They use their transporter helmet and win the game :x

Series #3 Plush are now available in Australia. *clap*

I have a store in the centre where I work (I actually work for the competiton - Kmat, lol), so it looks like I am off shopping before work today.

KQ has been extremely laggy/buggy over the weekend, but I have managed to put in 10 wins today, but it is an effort.

I just played 3 games (won my first, yay)... but the only card I've managed to use is the loaded dice. All others I've tried that need choosing a player etc. just end up timing out and me flagged as afk. Using Firefox 3.0.1.

The hot topic in my guild at the moment is that keyquest gold keys have granted a few people paint brushes and that the prices are starting to drop a bit in the trading post. I have yet to see a paint brush, just neggs, codestones and furniture. I would imagine that is going to have some impact if brushes are coming into the market now not just through random events and world challanges. Maybe they are trying to shake up the economy?

It appears many powerups in the game have stopped working. I tried to use a Transporter Helmet on my opponent, but when I went to select the player, it didn't show anyone and I ran out of time. They tried the same thing and also ran out of time. The game froze up and I had to quit :(

EDIT: Every powerup except Gummy Die is broken.

There's been a lot of glitchiness with the game today. I had one game freeze up on me, which hasn't happened in days. In my other two games, either my opponents froze up or they left the game. So, I've been avoiding it for a while... may try it again later.

If anyone's up for playing say around 12:00 NST, let me know!

I think I may have just spotted an even more annoying strategy. One player just parked himself in the last square before the door and kept skipping his turn. He won his keys by winning mini-games. I've never tried so hard to win mini-games before! I'm going to have to keep an eye out for him and see if he does it again, or if it was just a fluke of the game being laggy and costing him turns. I REALLY hope it was the second.
