Ski is correct. IIRC, they were once threads in the PPT Gods board, but that board (and usergroup) is long dead. Like, over 4 years dead.
Also, I see no signs of revival from the groups.

I wonder became of Cheese! (aka snakebite) and Crescenty (aka ecliptic)? The only CCC leader I ever see on PPT is Christopher.
The only question that bugs me to this day is why the CCC and ASP didn't do the same thing the Runanites (which Rune's loyal followers use to have before their forum died) did and create their own CCC/ASP forum (with the 3 CCC leaders as Admin for that forum) for their events after finding out that that the username change hack was gone?

Anyway, I don't really consider either CCC or ASP dead or gone. I'm sure Chris would agreee that they are just biding their time till they are accepted for the randomness that they are and the joy of the confusion and chaos that they cause(d) lol
