Modern farming methods have almost completely eliminated worms in pork. As Light's link showed, you only have to heat meat to 60°C to kill any worms.

But just the thought of them being there is gross enough for me.

AGREED COMPLETELY. I'm not looking at that video going "hm, worms, that could be unhealthy for me..." I'm looking at that video going "EW THERES FREAKING WORMS IN THAT MEAT"

But I'm a vegetarian so I suppose it doesn't really matter to me anyhow XD

Well, worms are used to richen the soil. And vegetables grow in soil.
So, it does matter
