I saw that too. If you restock some high rarity items you can easily make that amount in a day. Draik eggs and MPs come to mind...

I personally haven't saved that amount in my entire four years but never mind

Restocking - be quick enough for the right items, and you're up there in the big dosh!

Yup. It's just a matter of knowing what items to look for. Personally, I don't have the patience for it, but then again I'm also not pulling in 2mil every day.

Me neither, I've only just hit 1mil (although I do have a nasty habit of spending my nps on draiks, krawks and silly coloured paint brushes! lol)

I think TNT/snarkie/who ever is doing the editorials is referring to the owners of those huge shopping malls, I've heard that some of them make a huge amount of money from newbies and people with quests buying their overpriced items, I also heard that someone was frozen for earning over a million nps a day from his shop (there was a thread about it here like a year ago I think), don't quote me on that though, I may be wrong

I do remember the limit of 50 million np rumor and how it started, but I can't find exactly where. Someone posted screen shots on a message board (I think on PPT) of he (or she) exploiting a glitch on a side account. Every time they passed 50 millon np with the glitch, their neopoints reset to zero.

If anyone wants to earn 50 million neopoints in a day to see if this is true, feel free:)

I tried to find the original thread, but searching for 50 million neopoints on google only gets scary looking scammer pages.

I've heard of that rumor. O_o Not that I've ever owned over 850k in my life though...

i almost have 2 million. I have bought some expensive stuff like lab map and honey potion.
I cant restock though cause i only have dial up. I dont know what to buy either so i think i would loose money on restocking

I finally have a million invested in stocks and I had another million in the bank but I bought another lab map to send to my side account to zap pound pets. Its taken me like a year to build to that amount. There is huge money in the stock market, neodaq forums are full of multimillionaires. I was all proud of myself getting to my first million and then reading the posts on neodaq, it makes me feel inadequate.

I guess I should just be one of those who just smiles. I don't make 2 million in profit a day. But I easily make 2 million in sales a day. When I first started I discovered a great way to make neopoints, learned from those around me who were also doing it, and mastered it. I worked very hard to get a reputation for the particular items that I sell in my shop. My prices are almost always the lowest on the shop wiz, yet the turnaround and repeat customers I get more than makes up for it. It's using stuff I learned from the business and econ classes I took in college and utilizing it in the virtual world.

EDIT: But it doesn't happen overnight. It took me close to 2 years to master it. And another 6 months after that before I could say that I had a reputation. Still in all, it is risky. But, I am a risk taker, so to me it is fun.

I bought 40 Blue pteri morphing potions for under 20K apiece over a year ago. I just sold them all for 45k apiece. That's 800,000 shelled out and 1,800,000 coming in for a profit of 1 million. It was all in one day in the making, but many many months in the waiting.

But remember that people who have enough for the Adam avatar (I used the figure 11 million) will earn 1,375,000 a year in interest at the 12.5% interest rate. That's 3767 a day in interest. Can you image earning 5K or even 10K a DAY in interest?
