Has anyone seen this movie? I saw this movie last weekend and I loved it. I thought it was going to be corny but it had a nice plot. I normally hate romantic flicks but this one was very good.

And the Ashanti scene was nice.

I just saw the preview to this movie tonight while I was watching TV. It looks like it would be a good movie. My friend is married to a guy from India, I'm gonna have to make sure she goes and watches it to lol

Instead of trying to help people understand the culture, it made fun of it. It's a glorified "Bend it Like Beckham". I wasn't impressed.

I dout it's going to be a movie that i will ever want to go and see in the movies. maybe rent or wait to see in on Starz.

I love the indian culture, it's very pretty I LOVE sari's and got to wear one in my friends wedding!

Is it just me or have there been a few movies about India out here lately?

Yes, I believe it's a new fad Hollywood has picked up.

I didn't see it as an insult to the indian culture. The director even said her main motive was to open everyone's eyes to the indian cultures and traditions.
