i apperantly abused a glitch and got frozen i lost a 20million np bdome set and a strong pet what are the staffs emails? and is tehre any chance ill get unfrozen?

I believe the reason why you were frozen is this: Restocking too much.

If you're an avid restocker who's made well over 20 Million so far, I believe they thought you had acquired this money to quickly therefore freezing you was the ultimate method to stop you. If Neopets believes you earn a large amount of money quickly, they'll freeze you. It has happened many times before (Not to me, but to a couple others on these here Forums).

Did you abuse a glitch in the past (such as the Fruit Machine/Tombola/Scratchcard things)?

that's why you got frozen, not everyone abused this glitch and most of the people that did got frozen for it. I know that I would never abuse a known glitch, I wouldn't want to risk my account and neither would many other players.

Then there. Someone on the neoboards, were impersonating me and some others, it was 7 months before they were frozen

i doubt that EVRYONE who abused teh glitch got frozen or else evryone on thse forums who were around then wouldve been frozen.
