Is it just me, or does the ice Bori look almost like the glass pets that were retired?

TNT decides to retire the glass pb and all glass pets turn to mystery island (or whatever color it was). Here comes the ice bori, almost identical to being painted glass. :/

When you look at the old glass pets....they sucked badly. Seriously, they just plain sucked. If ice is the new glass...least ice has details and isn't a total colorfill. =/

I though Glass became Tyrannian...or was that stone?

Man, how am I suppose to finish my userlook up for spotlight when I dunno if I should make the task bar after the Yahoo add-on or the normal one.

I just gotta finish that then I got a good chance at winning.

I downloaded the toolbar and I got it. I was wondering how do I get the chance to adopt the Bori? It's so cute! And how does getting the frozen paintbrush work? - Skylark252
Everyone who has downloaded the toolbar will get the chance to create their own Bori in a week's time. The frozen Bori will be one of the colour choices you can create. For example you can choose to have red, green, blue, yellow or ice. There will be no paint brush. Note - you wont have anything in your account as yet.

Well personally, I'm gonna take a pass on this one folks. I had the same experience as Everconfused did with a Yahoo toolbar that installed itself with my last Shockwave D/L. That toolbar was laden with adware, etc., and triggered my AdAware to go crazy on me.

In general, I disagree with TNT's recent revenue-generating tactics, such as co-branding with Velocity's ISP, Glo-Phone, and now Yahoo. I think they should stick to advertising sponsor games and movies/records, which generates a LOT of revenues, as does their merchandising of games, plushies, accessories, and similar ventures. I just get the willies when it comes to the Premium services, the Yahoo toolbar, and Glo-Phone. You're dealing with privacy and confidentiality issues. Just my 2 cents worth....

HUGE thanks to everybody for downloading the toolbar and helping Neopets out. Everybody who participated will be eligible to create a Bori (in all four existing colours and Ice) probably around Wednesday. We also changed it so instead of creating a new Bori you will have the option to transmogrify one of your existing Neopets into a Bori instead (only once though!) on the toolbar page

I'm soooo conflicted. I don't know whether to get a Bori or not. I feel like everyone and their brother is going to be getting an ice bori...and I like more unique pets.

Same here, just because it's ice people would love to have it, it's unique. But becuase it will be so easily obtainable, than it wouldn't be rarer than other primary colors.. But still, ice is cool! (Pun intended).

I'm almost glad? I didn't d/l the toolbar just because I'd be in the same boat with feeling conflicted - to create or change a pet?! Yes, there's going to be alot of ice bori sliding? around the site ... so maybe it won't be so rare. But if that's the color you like, and you really want the new pet I say go for it!

The thank you message ... does this mean that the toolbar thingie on the navigation will be going away soon? (hopes)
