[[Donna Williams]] (also known as ''Poptart'' and Donna Powell) is the co-founder of [[Neopets, The Website|Neopets]] alongside [[Adam Powell]]. Born December 10, 1978 in England, Donna used to focus on the creative development (such as artwork and [[New Features]]) and marketing of the Neopets website (Neopets real life merchandise). When Neopets first began, Donna took care of the artwork for the site, and drew the first [[Chia]]. She also helped create [[plot]]s, oversaw the [[Neopets Magazine]] and contributed to questions in the editorial of the [[Neopian Times]].
