Active Boards, in this sense, are boards in which every user can view (Given they're ages 7+) and post on (Given they've met the requirements to do so)/ They're often permanent additions to the board listing.
Naming
The name is based of the fact that they're active; they're always viewable and and always listed on the Main Neoboard index regardless of the season, time, or current event.
