Boochi
Boochi is a Baby Bruce who wields a ray gun that can turn Neopets into babies. Since January 15, 2003, Boochi has been appearing in a Random Event in which he changes the colour of a user's active Neopet to Baby. If the user's active Neopet isn't available in the Baby colour, Boochi's ray gun will have no effect. Also, as of April 16, 2010, Boochi's Random Event no longer affects unconverted Neopets. A visit from Boochi can be seen as either a positive or negative event, depending on whether a user likes or dislikes the Baby colour.
Boochi is also one of the many one-player challengers that can be fought in the Battledome. Users will unlock Boochi in the Battledome after they receive either one of his Random Events.
Random Events
If the a user's active Neopet is available in the Baby colour and they are visited by Boochi, they will see the following Random Event and the colour of their active Neopet will change to Baby.
If the a user's active Neopet is not available in the Baby colour and they are visited by Boochi, they will see the following Random Event and Boochi's ray gun will have no effect.
