Template use

So I'm suggesting a new template. The template is used as following: {{subst:IPnote|reason=|time=}}--~~~~. The subst: will ensure that an IP-owner sees the text of the template and not just the template code when he tries to edit his talk page.--Demon 07:55, 16 Jan 2007 (CST)

I like it. saves time in writing it out every time, and is consistent in description to each user...been getting a lot of them as of late (aka more vandals and spammers), so the need for this template is high. --Jacob 18:39, 16 Jan 2007 (CST)
