Meela is the main character in the book, Shoyru Surprise, written by Kedrick Wolson III. She received a mystery Kadoatie on her doorstep which she named Soshi. At first, Meela disliked her new Petpet, but when Soshi went missing for a day, she realised she actually liked her and decided to keep her, despite needing extra care.
