==Negg Hunt==

Between 20 April and 5 May, Kari hid special patterned Neggs around Neopia. Each day, the player could find a new one by solving Kari's riddle. There were four Neggs of each of four different types of patterns, making sixteen Neggs to collect in total. The riddles would direct a player to a world, but not a specific page. They had to explore that world until they found the Negg, which was not the same for every player. 

When the player returned with all four Neggs of a certain pattern, they could choose one of four prizes. Collecting all sixteen Neggs yields a bonus item, the ''Hollowed Negg Tree Background''. Additionally, those who found each Negg on the day of its release received the ''Festival of Neggs'' [[site theme]].

==Community Challenge==
[[TNT]] issued a challenge to festival participants: If they could collect 5 million Neggs by May 5, they would each receive a special prize. Patterned Neggs, plain-coloured Neggs found through festival-specific Random Events, and the Neggstravaganza all counted toward the total. However, the goal was not met and users received Dung Pizzas instead.
