'''Kell''' is a Chomby and leader of the [[Spooky Shindig Society]] who appears in the 2013 [[Spooky Food Eating Contest]].

Tippens seems to be cowardly at times, often stepping back and allowing others to take care of the problem. Still, he is shown to have a kind heart towards others, even when they might not be so nice towards him.

He is a resident of [[Neovia]], often hosting events for the Spooky Shindig Society. In [[Y15]], he decided to host the first annual [[Spooky Food Eating Contest]].

Throughout the course of the event, Tippens assists the monster hunters with their various endeavors.

At the conclusion of the event, when asked by [[Baffington]], Tippens states that he may risk it again next year and hold another [[Spooky Food Eating Contest]].
