'''Zombie''' is one of the many [[colours|colours]] that users can paint their [[Neopet|Neopets]] and [[Petpets]]. In general, Zombie pets resemble [[Wikipedia:Zombie|zombies]], with greyish skin, glazed over eyes, and tattered clothing.  

The Zombie colour for Neopets was released on October 25, 2007, approximately one year after [[The Tale of Woe]] [[plot]] ended. Users can change the colour of their Neopets to Zombie by using a ''Zombie [[Paint Brush]]'' [[item]] at the [[The Rainbow Pool|Rainbow Pool]]. In addition, the [[Treasure Maps#Secret Laboratory|Lab Ray]] also has a random chance of turning the colour of a user's Neopet to Zombie. Users also have the choice of changing their Neopets's colour to Zombie when they complete a [[Rainbow Fountain|Fountain Faerie Quest]]. Lastly, a Neopet's colour can be changed to Zombie by using an appropriate [[Morphing Potion]].  

The Zombie colour for Petpets was released on August 21, 2010. Petpets can be painted Zombie by using the ''Zombie [[Paint Brush#Petpet Paint Brush|Petpet Paint Brush]]'' item at the [[The Rainbow Pool#Petpet Puddle|Petpet Puddle]]. In addition, the [[Treasure Maps#Petpet Laboratory|Petpet Lab Ray]] also has a random chance of turning the colour of a user's Petpet to Zombie.

*In the editorial of the [[Neopian Times]] issue #85, [[The Neopets Team]] said that they would not release a Zombie colour because it would be too similar to [[Ghost]] colour.  They obviously changed their mind at some point.
