He is located in Dungeon Level 2 of the Jungle Ruins and upon beating him you recieve a Silvered Horn Key and Staff of Ni-tas.
He is level 20 and can deal up to 50 ice damage, 50 fire damage, can heal himself for 50 HP, can stun you for 2 Rounds and can poison you.
Despite all that, If you fight him at level 20 or above and have good healing potions, you will defeat him with ease. Unlock most other bosses in the game, he does not die after he is defeated and simply walks off, never seen again in the game.
