And she gets hit with another glitch . . .

#1 Post by Morningstar »

Shop tills are being glitchy right now. I had 2,449,642 in my till. I took out 999,999 to deposit in the bank. And when I went back to my till, I only had 449,643. So, I just lost a million to some glitch. :x And no, I am not making this up. My daughter saw the whole thing. I hadn't been able to deal with my shop since yesterday morning and so when I saw the amount in my till I called her over to show her.

Argh!!!!! I am premium and wrote Neopets. Should I hold my breath to see if I get it back? Argh. There are times when I have to ask myself if the game is worth playing anymore.

That's horrible, Morningstar! I will cross my fingers for you. Hopefully being premium will help a bit. I really hope you can get your mil back.

Thanks. I am just so frustrated right now. Because I had been gone almost all day yesterday and all day today. I had just a few minutes to unwind and wanted to unwind on Neo and then this happens. It just seems like ever since the site was sold, the service has been getting shoddier and shoddier. The other day when the portal was down, I called to inquire about it and got nothing but dead air on the phone. Not even on hold. Just dead air. Is that any way to run a company where the users pay for the services?????? And now with all this talk of CGers and dupers, I have to ask myself if it is worth the time and aggravation I spend. Perhaps there are less stress-inducing hobbies in which I could partake. I will see what happens. They might not want to lose a paying customer, but then again who knows. . .
