Mmmhm. I wake up this wonderful saturday morning, and decide to get back onto Neopets out of nowhere. It just happens to be the day they start this "Neocharge" deal. Mmhm. It upset me, and I was like "I know just the place to go...". Then everybodies reaction points me in the right direction to realise it's most probably a joke. Mmhm. I feel like a gullible loser.

I saw it and was like, what? Then I remembered that it's April Fools Day. So I wasn't mad at all...But I do have like 4k in 'Neocharges', xD

Oh of course, that's the best way to reduce inflation and the load on the servers. Restockers won't care and will still refresh as they need to (with the autobuyers and all). The poor ones will end up paying 300+ np for all their dailies. Of course, it didn't occur to Neopets to reduce the # of pages required for an activity. BAH.

Idiotic plan, IMHO.

edit: Oh wait, nevermind. I just checked the data. April 1. Gah on April fools.

Could be worse...we would have to pay actual money.
But...how does NP speed up PPT? I know I had a heck of a time getting on today. I thought PPT was down.

BS thats all this is why dont they have us pay 'taxes' at the begining of new year now? This also would stop people from abing it up they would more than likely break even...

*sighs* I always feel so smart when I bother to go the Neoboards. The people over there are all in a tither over the Neocharge. I made a big post about how it's a joke, and all sorts of people were like "Thank goodness!" and "Oh, wow, I thought it was real and I was gonna go broke!"

Petpages give you a 75np charge.

Even though it's a joke, it's still annoying me. It's getting in the way of my seeing some information on IOM, bah. And pages are taking longer to load.
