I think it is unfair IF those usernames starting with "t" and "c" might have their shops returned more often in the search results.
If you notice, the usernames shown on the c,k,s line are not the same as the usernames shown on the p,c line and same with all of the other lines. What appears to have happened is that Neo reorganized the lines and moved most of the accounts over to the new lines (the ones that share two letters now as opposed to three letters) but didn't move all accounts over. Those not moved over are on their old lines. The c,k,s and d,l,t lines that you wrote about are the old letter combinations--so, it makes sense that these are old lines with accounts that haven't been moved over yet.
And, I have done a bit of testing because I do nothing much on Neo but resell, so I am on the shop wiz all of the time looking for ETS's (except when I am shop wiz banned). I have three shops that were transferred over to the new lines and one shop stuck on the old g,o,w line. And, it doesn't show up on the new j, w line.
If you don't believe me, try a test with one particular item--like a negg or purple negg. After a few hundred refreshes for the same item, it might be easier to see what they have done.
So, basically, we now have 13 new lines, 8 old lines, and one "item can't be found" line shown. I think the "item can't be found" represents the numbers because the only numbers I have seen on the new lines are 3 on the d,q line and 8 on the i, v line.
Hopefully, Neo will realize that it didn't capture all accounts when it did its database transfer and fix this. It is a bit of a pain having to search through 21 lines in order to price something--particularly when it appears that the amount of refreshes before being shop wiz banned has not changed.
