ugh, i knew the aladdin thing would come up first thing in this thread...
they are just simlilar, because there are desert themed things in it. Im sure youll be saying its just like land before time if they ever come out with a Tyrannia plot
And look... theres allready three memebers of the desert scarabs shown... and they are all street beggars... they want to make them different.... so one of them has to have the silly aladdin hat... they do where those often around those parts of the world!
And the maraqua plot was nothing like POTC.....
one is.... pirates seeking revenge once they find that a city they once destroyed a long time ago is back.... so they literally go underwater and attack them..... and a totally different set of pirates ALSO go underwater to help the underwater city.
another is...... some ancient pirates who are virtually dead seek the last few coins of their treasure so they can become alive again, and capture a mistress to take her blood because they need her blood.... but its actually the blood of another guy who in the end becomes a pirate, and was helped somewhat by another pirate.
they will be similar in a few aspects... but they are not stealing ideas.
If neopets had their plots BEFORE disney came out with their movies.... we would be saying disney stole it from TNT! Its the same non-fictional info they are writing about, so they are bound to be simliar in some aspects.
