Can't be done I'm afraid, Your account has to find the DOM opponent before it will appear in your Challenge Battledome Opponents listing.
Perhaps try another browser, I usually use firefox, but Neo forces me to occasionally use IE, the last plot for example, I couldn't find the spellbook in fox, but got it first time with IE.
He's an easy-win anyway!
