actually sid's first appearance is long time ago before MI plot... back then he only equipped with the ultra chive... which is stealable using sticky hand

Apranum, I said the last time he appeared. I remeber when he first appeared too. Chives was all fun and game, then he comes back the second time during the MI plot and since his set had so much variety, he was harder to beat, unless you kamikaze'D him back then and that sometimes wouldn't kill him. >.> Sid is rare,but if TNT makes him randomly pop up during fights with Bob now...oh it's going to be funny.
Probs just lose to Sid anyways, to hard for most battlers to beat Sid and who knows what he might have this time. >_>
Well, someone else did 10 Bob beats, so guess I don't have to try that now. *plays with Sid and Bob lollies*

Just wanted to add that it's not shooting the apple off Bob's head in Ultimate Bullseye, and (for comic relief) it is also NOT shooting Bob in the eye during Ultimate Bullseye!

Sid can be fought but the chances of him appearing instead are really rare, that's why I have been going with that you have to beat him because you have to get him and then defeat him and I don't think that many can achieve that.

Well, I think we've pretty much exhausted all the other possibilities, unless someone has some new ideas.
It does seem like it must be having Sid appear during a battle with Bob. But I don't think you'll have to beat him, at least I hope not.
Has anyone even seen Sid since the avie was released?

Ummm.. I am highly doubting this, but a rumor is being posted in the Neoboards (There is no proof, hence my doubts).
They say it's a random event when fighting or winning with a "punchbag bob pencil box" in your inventory *rolls eyes* If someone has one it may be worth a shot anyways.

Sid is back
EDIT: Ok, I took too long fighting him..he's gone now. >_> Bloody hades too..I got him to 127 HP and then got blasted. Losing to Sid didn't give the avatar.
