How much Have you spent on your neopets?

Wolfishound. Started as a Blue Lupe - white paint brush. was 4 years ago, so maybe 8000np? Fire paintjob was from the fountain faerie. Probably about 15 codestones used and 15 faeries.

Nouchy, started as Blue Zafara - purple paint brush, was probably what? uh.. cheap. Christmas Paint brush was from the advent calendar. About 10 codestones and 7 faeries

ChubsieCheeks. Started as red female Kacheek - red paint brush, was probably 1000 np. Turned her into a faerie kougra from a red kacheek via fountain faerie.

Anamo, started as red poogle - Was a poogle. painted purple via paintbrush. Then turned into meerca with magical meerca plushie. Then turned back into a purple poogle via plushie. Then painted red when the orange spots appeared. Transformed into an ice bori. So... uh, 3000np for the meerca plush. 15000 for the poogle plush? red paint brush was cheap, so was the purple..

I only started to really spend on them recently. My lab map cost 85k (and I remember thinking Id got ripped off x_x) I won so many Magical Meerca Plushies playing Meerca Chase, and I painted two of my pets using the old old Fountain Faerie. The one where you signed up for sponsors, and then got Rainbow Fountain passes. I still love my Faerie Meerca xD

Then I got a Starry Grundo with the lab, so the only p/b I bought for a while was Striped for my Shoyru. I bought it for 65k, and later found the exact paintbrush in a Jacko event. So I guess that was a free paint job.

Recently, I bought a Pink p/b for 635k plus a Grundo Transmogrification Potion for about 60k. And then a Halloween p/b for my Shoyru at 390k.

The petpets I have are HTS, aged, and painted, except for the Meepit, and I dont remember buying that one at all.

I spend like crazy on books though. But altogether, its not as much as some people have posted. Oh, the joys of neopets before avatars and price insanity.

The /current/ pets I have? Let's see... 500K on the lab ray.. Green Uni MP 15K (dont ask.. I was bored.)...Petpet Lab ray for their petpets 80K (before it went down..grr). Plus 100K on books for one pet. Plus training.. around 50K.

Grand Total: 745K+ (On two pets)

And that's just for the current pets on my main account.. can't forget my Male Usuki Usul whom I painted and bought his petpet.. and my tons of other pets. So millions in totals of all my pets.

Maraquan Kau - Nothing. Got painted from a Fountain Faerie Quest.
Red Peophin - Nothing. Currently Labbing until she becomes Grey.
Alien Aisha - Nothing. Got an Aisha, labbed till it became Alien.

Maraquan Kau - Spyder, which cost 1k because I am currently Petpet Labbing it.
Alien Aisha - Millipod, which cost 40k (Got when it first came out so I could win the PPL...eventually) and Skritch (20k)

EDIT: Oh dang! Right after I posted this, my Peophin got zapped by Boochi...second time this has happened. Again, cost me nothing, but I hate baby pets so I'm not really all that happy

Well, my pets have the craziest timeline because of me labbing them/painting them/ them changing into other pets/chaning color with them. My lab cost me nothing. I got it pretty much for free back in the day when pieces were REAL cheap.

Grundo: Island. Zapped to that. He wont change. And his petpet is constantly zapped untill i find something i like. So his total i spent on him is about 60k. Weapons and grooming on the other hand...5mil+

Pteri: He is staying faerie. I spent about 400k on that brush. Hes getting a nice faerie pet soon so im going to have to say the cost for him is about 500k+

Hissi: Hes mutant, hes staying that way, it cost nothing. But I did at one point morph him into a plushie grundo so that was about 200k. Im getting a good petpet for him so id say hes costing me 300k+

Hissi: Havent done anything to this guy yet. No petpet or anything. He is going to be darigan though if the color looks cool. and i won that brush from the World Challenge so the only cost im really going to spend on his is mabey.....100-200ish k?

But when i add Grooming and Such, and Hotel Stay thats about an extra 200k a year for them.


So I'd say my total is about 7mil + on my pets so far

Too much. I used to paint my pet every 3 months. -.-

I've painted my pet with all these paint brushes, Baby paint brush, faerie PB x2, Maraquan paint brush, tyrannian paint brush, split PB x2, and darigan paint brush. Never got a color I liked from lab. -.-

I've used way to many morphing potions. At least 50 morphing potions, but usually Buzz MPs and Skeith MPs...grarrl MPs too. >.> I changed his species a lot, and not by lab.

I'll say I spent, at least, 10 mil on my pet with just paint jobs and changing species. I'm not even gonna get into the Mazzew I got my pet back when they was 1.4 mil. I hate TNT for what they did.

Pirate petpet PB, mutant petpet paint brush, and a zomutt. >.> I think I spoil my pet.

Then there's my halloween Buzz on my spare- 350k on him and that's it.

EDIT: I feel weird since everyone specnt a lot on many pets while all mine NP went to one pet. X_X

Whoah I never heard about that - mazzews used to cost 1.4mill?! Did they change the rarity or was it through WoM alone that crashed its price?

Mazzew random wednesday them from a year ago had that aged mazzew avatar. Back then Mazzews costed 600k then shot to 1.2-1.4 mil. I really wanted a Mazzew and so I bought one. A few weeks later WoM came out and killed the price.

I've hated Mazzews since that happened. -.- That was the biggest NP lost I've ever suffered.

Eifro = Once got him a 100k petpet, petpetpet was 90k...
Total = about 200k

Niten_Hitroru = 50k petpet I think, something big on weapons, uh yeah.
Total = 50k+

Scorching_Hot_Fire_D = 20k for red paint brush that one time, like 200k on past petpets, lots on codestones and weapons...
Total = 200k++

Kind of strange how my strongest pet is the one I spent the least on (that is, if we're not counting the lab)...
