They really screwed up with this wars prizes. No sidebar as they promised, avatar, no bd items, well at least not to the people under it seems 7k.
They said that each side would get something special and I don't even see a color let alone anything else like an avatar. Less people went in the war then the last one and in my opinion those peopel should get rarer things, or at the least better then this.

Thanks Neopetsteam!
Thanks for showing us how much you really care about the people who let you keep your jobs and put food on your tables. Way to shut up all those critic who say you favor mediocre merchandise and sponsor products for quick cash over a dedicated on site fanbase. People who say you promise the moon, then toss a rock tripped over on your way to Starbucks at our feet and proudly proclaim "Moonrock". Who say that you cause tremendous upheaval and dissent because of problems that could have been avoided by a few moments of planning and testing. Who say you are random in the worst possible sense of the word for rewarding players who spend months and years on your site as much as new players who've managed to find the Advent Calendar. Thanks heaps.

This is why I don't fight in the war.

That's like a slap into my face. I could have earned ten times as much in half an hour playing flash games....that's just so *********

Last time I checked the plushie was going for 20 million. As a plushie collector realizing that I will never be able to afford that plushie for my gallery, I sort of wish they would have given out battledome items to all of you instead.
What's that saying: "What if they had a war, but nobody came?" Given all of the crud you warriors seemed to have gone through in this war, I would be surprised if anyone signed up to fight at all for the next one.

Thank you for supporting the Thieves in the recent battle. Unfortunately you were on the losing side, but nevertheless you have been granted Clockwork Icy Skeleton and 1,000 NP!!! Your fantastic score was 203 battle points!

You're a little confused. The "plushie" was one of the bigger prizes ... it is actually a weapon. (The Bringer Plushie ... I think it was given out for 50k+ points)
The plushie that was being referred to here by palemoonsdream was the clockwork icy skeleton, which is a toy (not an actual plushie).

*grinds teeth* Funny for you, but a bit depressing for me.

I just had to comment. My original number 6 plushie was turned into a flaming evil coconut in mid-December when the imposter number 6 plushie was released on the advent calendar. I even got an email about how they were looking into the situation, which went on to say how unfair it was. Still not fixed. And, I, like so many others, shelled out a few hundred thousand for it.
So, I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

Meh. Seeing all the prizes on IDB now, i'm even more upset.
What, did they just not CARE?
It really seems that way.
We didn't get different prizes for being on a different side.
GREAT.
People who scored over 3000 points get a toy?
A TOY? Sheesh. Way to give rewards accordingly there, TNT.
No avatar yet, either.
Wouldn't surprise me one bit if we didn't get one.
This war was pathetic in every sense of the word.
Better luck next time, everyone.

To those angry, go play whack-a-staff-member.
To those who don't want their clockwork d00d, give it to secretsanta4ever or someone who does want it BADLY.
I am disapointed but atleast it is something.

Thank you for supporting Hannah in the recent battle. You were, of course, on the winning side so you have been granted Clockwork Icy Skeleton and 1,000 NP!!! Your fantastic score was 110 battle points!
110 points and I get the same thing as people with 1K+?

Odd. Dumb war prizes. But oh well.. -prays for an avatar-

I'll take any of them you guys don't wan't. I do think they are kinda cool.

I think it is kind of silly. No one here had any fun during this war, we all said it was the worst we had seen because of cheating, unfair sides, and what not...
I find it funny actually and I think some people need to settle down some. Yes, this was disapointing and no, I don't think there is an excuse for them to do this but everyone needs to settle down a bit and realize that this might only be one wave of prizes...
Everyone should wait till the news comes out before they get ready to burn TNT at the stake...
*shrugs*
Like I said, I am making no excuses for TNT not giving out better prizes, but all I am saying is just be patient and see if something else comes of this...

Ah, I see. But, I wasn't confused. The war item entitled "plushie"--even though it is a weapon--is now going for 50 million. And because it has the word "plushie" in it, it is still considered a collectible for a plushie collector--at least according to the plushie guild that I am in. A clockwork is not a plushie. Though it is sort of cute.

The Top Five Reasons why TNT has ruined our Wintering (Summer if your in the southern hempisphere) Months!
1. Folks - * Folks like Hrobi, Featheralley and others where the ONLY winners in this war. Why? Many of them scored of 50k pts earning them the only decent weapon. Not that they need it given I believe they all have at least 2 Top 10 Strongest Weapons in their set.
2. People with under 5k Pt's all got the same item!!! Even the items between 5k Pt's and 49,999Pt's stink!
3. HATIC - Cut Short due to TNT Lazyness to go through with a project! Or better yet, throw all projects away this year and start with a handful and see them through!
4. Christmas Sidebar - Said there is one in Catalog, but never showed!
5. All the above!
*Note. I do not hold anything mean towards them.
It does stink, really really does. Sad for all of us. We work just as hard as people like Hrobi, and this is what we get for having lesser stats. All of us weather we scored 101 Pt's or 5,001 Pt's.
Edit: It also stinks for people like Morningstar there who now all want that 50k plus item because it has "plushie" in the title. Unfair to them just as much, if not more.

I like my prize (the clockwork thingy). It's cute.
Seriously, I got more war points in this war than the last one, with much much worse weapons (highest iconer: 13 as opposed to a Ghostkersword last war), and I got a horrible war prize then. I absolutely did not expect anything amazing this time. Heck, I'd have settled for a T-Shirt.
At least the Clockwork is creative by Neopets standards. Imagine all the complaints if everyone who scored < 5000 points had gotten a T-Shirt
Edit for reference:
Last war score:
Warrior
(3280 points)
This war score:
Navigator
(3673 points)
