I was lending my tiki armour out for the av and now someone wont give it back.....he gave me a Halloween Kau Morphing Potion and Silver Shoyru Morphing Potion as collateral. Now he has blocked my neomails and when i neomailed him from a different account he said that we traded and its his item now.......I feel so sad, cos i won that from the mystery island plot last year.

What are the odds of me getting it back or at least him being frozen for it?

You probably won't get it back or easily get him frozen for it, I'm afraid. But, you do have those Morphing Potions, so you'll have a little bit of NP to make up for the loss.

I'm afraid there's nothing that you can really do about it. It was dishonest on that person's part, but it was a 'fair' trade. When you lend items out on collateral, that's a risk you have to take

but it is like everyone said, almost impossible to report for. next time, be more careful. its best to only lend to really close neofriends, people who give you collat in pure, and/or trusted guild members.

It just doesnt seem right though, I worked for that item and he took advantage. All i was trying to do was to help people out, I can afford to buy another one but thats not the point.

Thats dirty, and cheap and sneaky. I'm sorry I can't do much about it, but sympathize. The person that did that was wrong, and it was not fair. THe truth is that you di dtrade though. Tell them that, because, although you were trusting, it was wrong of that certain person. I would ask you to post the person neomail if you could...as well, sunisfun1 is asking for the generous donations of dung. all is helpful ^.^

Yes, well, that's the danger of lending out items. Sorry to sound to hrash, but it's pretty much legal. You took the risk of losing it -- it happened. That's why I never lending anybody anything.

Sorry to hear that. ALWAYS ask for collateral greater than the cost of the item, guarantees they will return it

To take a screenshot you hit the 'print screen' button on your keyboard. Then you just paste in MS paint or another paint program. Host it on a site (like photobucket).

ABOVE the cost fo the item you're lending it? Then THEY'D suspect YOU'D scam THEM! They'd be better off buying it for themself.
