Frozen Paint brush?

Is it just me or did neopets kind of says in the news that no other pet will ever be able to be painted frozen except for the bori? Because I just downloaded the toolbar in hopes that if I get a frozen paint brush I might could paint a pet with it. If it is just for boris and only for them forever, then they won't be worth a dime. Oh well, I'll just chunk it into my SDB, and hope they change their mind.

How do they do that? How would you get one and how would you name it? What if you already have four pets? (They can give me another pet, I'll take it!) They probably give you a morphing potion. If so, I'll save it for a while and see what happens.

EDIT: I just downloaded the toolbar on IE. (I usually use Netscape.) I got nothing. I have four pets. I think I just answered my own question.

I downloaded it (on IE, that's all I use). It came up on the thing. Nothing has happened yet.

I only have two pets. It did say that you might have to wait 24 hours.

Is it really that hard to understand??? They say "Everyone who downloads the toolbar will be able to own an Ice Bori."
Do they say you automatically get one? Do they say they turn one of your pets in one? No, you will be able to own one. So no doubt that means you can either create one if you don't have four neopets yet or you get a transforming potion. Actually they don't even say it'll be for free...

According to the editorial, when those who downloaded the toolbar go to create the bori, frozen (ice?) will be an option when you go to select a color.

I downloaded the toolbar and I got it. I was wondering how do I get the chance to adopt the Bori? It's so cute! And how does getting the frozen paintbrush work? - Skylark252
Everyone who has downloaded the toolbar will get the chance to create their own Bori in a week's time. The frozen Bori will be one of the colour choices you can create. For example you can choose to have red, green, blue, yellow or ice. There will be no paint brush. Note - you wont have anything in your account as yet.

Ah, Crew thank you for posting that. That definitely clears up the rumors and mystery of how people will get this pet and how the whole paint brush thing will work, since they said there isn't a paint brush. Has been confusing alot of people.

I was wondering what would happen if two people used the same computer where one was downloaded, but I guess it's not a problem anymore

If I decide I want a bori, I'm just adopting one later this month when they make them available to everyone (like they said they would in the latest NT editorial). I hate downloading unneeded software to my computer.
