Snowmuncher Blocks

What do the various picture blocks do in snowmuncher? I know the worm releases a gem and the worm and the clock gives you more time but I'm not sure on the others (i.e. the eyeball, the grapes..). Anyone know?

The eyeball and the grapes just give you small point values (not sure, but I think one's 50 and the other's 20). They're not worth going out of your way to get in my opinion.

The eyeball gives you 150 points and the grapes give you 50 points.
