*Gasp* A responce from TNT in my Email?

I thought I'd share this rare occasion with the world... I emailed mailto:bryan@support.neopets.com about my frozen account and guess what? I got what seems to be a... Human Responce!!!
I sent in my story saying I was wrongly frozen, blablabla, and he replied with this.
Maybe this means I could get my account back? I sure hope so!

Yes, I think he's a great guy. He responded to my submission about my Coco roller codes not working and he gave me the Av and the items.

I believe it is Brian I have haerd about before my currently positive experiences with Bryan.

Kind of confusing, I know there was a Brian, and there is a Bryan - don't know if Brian still works there. Or there's 2 Bryans? There's like a good one and a bad one, that's all I know.
