I think that would only work when we fall back. You guys skipped 12:01am, didn't you? Oh, wait... It would have been skipping from 11:00pm to 12:00am. Regardless, you'll have to try double-spinning in the fall.

Not sure, but officially Daylight Saving goes into effect at 2:00am regardless of direction (forward/back).

Oh, haha, I've always heard it happens at 2am EST - they always emphasize the time zone, so I kind of assumed the whole country skipped the same hour (except for the places that keep the hour). My time skips from 11am to midnight NST, though I'm never awake to see when NST changes.

Yep, reset as well. Cannot spin today, either.

You might be right about everything changing at 2am EST. Honestly have never given it a lot of thought. Makes sense though.

However, TV programming (e.g. the 11pm news) is not affected here on the west coast.
