ok i created a new account cos i wanted certain other pets...i knwo one person can have up to five accounts. if im not allowed to collect neopoints or do the dailies ont he 2nd account am i allowed to send food/items by trades to the 2nd account? am i allowed to visit the soup kitchen and explore etc?

can i buy scratchcards? can i fish?

in other words wat am i allowed to do with the 2nd account since so much seems to be banned and they dont warn before freezing?

You can only earn Neopoints on your main account. That means the daily freebies, scratchcards, games, wheels etc. You can only use your other account for i.e. storage purposes etc. So, yes you can trade stuff to your other account.

I think you can trade with other people on your secondary accounts as well, but I'm not sure.
