Ugh! Help, please?

I finally finished a comic that I'm planning to enter in the Neopian Times, but they only accept .GIF and .JPG files. I usually save my pictures to .PNG because it doesn't affect the picture at all, but the .GIF ruins the color and .JPG makes everything blend together. I really don't want my comic to look bad, but it won't be accepted if I don't put it in the right format. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Er ... with PSP7, I can save it to almost anything I want and it doesn't make a difference (or if it does, I don't see it.)

Maybe you could post your .PNG image (or PM it to me, if you want,) and I can convert it for you? ^^;

Irfanview is a free program that does a great job of converting to JPEG without making everything blurry. It all depends on what percentage quality you set it to.

I have Photoshop, but I have to save it to Paint because Photoshop only lets you save it to .PSD or something like that.

In Photoshop, go to "Save as", which will let you save the file as a .JPG
