I want to know if i can get frozen if i was to get rs banned on one account transfer some nps to a second and contunue rsing?(I havent done it yet)

It would be considered 'using multiple account to gain neopoints'
as to MY knowledge, get a second oppinion though, im just a crazy 11 year old girl addicted to neopets

As long as you didn't transfer ANY Neopoints between the accounts I think it's alright, but as soon as you start sending your new earnings to your main account you'll almost definitly be iced.

It is illegal because it's getting around the RS ban.. The RS ban is here for a reason.

Yeah, I defenetley wouldn't risk it. For some extra NP play some games and wait for the RS ban to go away. An iced account isn't worth the NP you'll get from that.
