Just one little thing with the new bar has been bopthering me as of late, Mr. Powell.

When playing Sakhmet Solitaire the cards are down way too low with I.E. I know they had to be adjusted once the sidebar was out because they were up way too high, but now they are so low the columns of cards often spill very far past the playing field during game play. I guess it was a little overadjusted.

Two more items lost to the glitches--nothing of great value--a fresh fruit omelette and a milkshake--but it is the fact that it is happening once again that bothers me.

Once again, it happened when I went to someone's shop to buy them. I got the white page, nps deducted, and no items in my inventory.

So, head's up, people, be careful moving items around.

I know this isn't about spyware, but it seems the best place to post it. First off, certain shops have gotten layered somehow, and I don't know if it's because of the new sidebar, or messed up coding in their own shops, but it's becoming somewhat of a problem.

Secondly, for some reason the tag <body text> does not seem to work in shops any more. Was it removed, is it a glitch, or was it changed to somthing else?

amarise, I posted about those 2 things -- but I didn't think to take a ss of the first shop page I found that weirdness on, I was just like, argh, went back to the shop wiz and found another shop with what I needed.

I hope the font color code isn't gone for good! I know it went away before, then came back about a week later. Fingers crossed it does again.

Quahog, I agree with you for the most part re: drive-bys (that's what they call an unauthorized, unknown d/l of spyware and yes dial-up people can get those too, no prompt to d/l or install, it just does it). Firewalls will not stop spyware - that's what I was told by an IT person. Privacy reports are good if for no other reason than they alert you that there's a cookie trying to set itself. I was getting these before my computer was fixed, and I started getting them on the site after a full clean install and reinstalling all a/v, spyware, etc. and setting all my internet preferences. And it was the only site I'd gone to aside from McAfee, Spybot S&D and I did run a scan of everything before I started going anywhere else.

Yes, I've been getting that too when I go to alot of shops :/

(it seems to happen at the worst times too, like if you're wiz sniping or something XD)

OK, the glitches aren't just happening to me. A guild member is pretty much crying her eyes out over a pirakeet plushie she lost in the trades yesterday afternoon (around the time I posted about losing my negg). Please make the glitches go away, if you can, Adam. It was so nice not having them around the past few months.

I have seen an add where it's attempting to sell earthlink with the price given right in the banner. It could be a type of banner that may charge a user as soon as they click on it.

And the other one was for the Free Ipod (a fair amount of time, if something sounds too good to be true it probably is).

This "layering" is also happening when I go to view my Safe Deposit Box. The bottom part of the page is truncated, and smooshed in with the Neopets' links at the bottom. It's quite annoying, especially since it only shows about 15 out of 30 items per page. This started about a week ago for me. I use Netscape 7, and I never had this problem on Neo until now...
