Collecting freebies on more than one account has the potential of getting you frozen.
Especially if you share a computer with another who does the same.
I did pick up four goodie bags off the money tree.

I didn't know that! But we did use two different computers, desktop and laptop so hopefully TNT will let it slide just this once. Thanks for the tip! I'd hate it if I lost my account especially over something I didn't know.

Two computer definately lessens the chance of being iced! They are MUCH harder on people who collect using multiple accounts from the Advent Calendar. That actually has a warning on it about multiple accounts and you must click to collect.

I think they are harder on things that you have to CLICK to do.. having multiple accts aint illegal and yer just really surfing the site so it can always be argued one way or another.. but be careful -nodsnods-

One question on this before we get back to the trick or treat bags... Do they give you warnings? Do they just freeze you? Or does it depend on what you did? I guess that is actually three questions, but I am worried now.

The issue between logging on different accounts to collect is risky.
Last year I did log onto one of my sister's account to get a few to send off to her (she wasn't on at all for halloween last year) and one to put in my SDB.
Neither account got frozen or warned. The again I had only my main account at the time.
Anyone know how much they are worth now?

Oh no!
My side account had a homepage on the island mystic (for avatar) and just got a trick or treat bag! Should I discard it or should I leave it in the inventory until halloween is over and the pant devil steals it so I won't get any attention?

Bags should deflate and be cheapest when the most people are on today (most people believe between 2-4 PM NST) and the level out after 12 nd they are no longer available. They then will slowly increase in value over the months. It'll be a LONG time before they gain greatly in value. I still have mine from last year and the year before.
The inclusion of one of the older bags actually deflates thier value for those who have kept them
It is highly unlikely that anything will happen. It is not a large red flag. Collecting ALL the bags on a number of different accounts from the same ISP is only a small orange flag. (flags being a metaphor for highly noticable behaviors on TNT)
The thing is, we never know when TNT will crack down hard on anything.

Should be in the neopets rules.
Here's a quick go-over:
1) You can't do freebies on more than one account
2) You can't play games on more than one account
3) You can't restock on more than one account
4) You can't not take care of all of your pets.

Wow, I sure hope they don't zap people for using the same computer to run more than one account. I do my account plus the daily stuff and the Lost Desert Plot for two younger kids who don't have daily computer access. I've been doing the daily for *years* and not had trouble so far -- but the accounts rarely interact and I never exchange NP or valuable items (just a plushie once in a rare while). And the younger kids use the same computer I do, mostly on weekends when they're allowed to play games. I think I'd quit Neopets entirely if one of the three were frozen.
