Thanks anjuna but I have solved the problem. Many people I have spoken with experienced the problem including some premium members on their gallery accounts.
I don't think you need to send many details to TNT as I am sure they are acutely aware of the problem. That doesn't mean they will admit it happened especially based on the history of the company but hopefully some proactive action will be taken to prevent it from happening again.

Hmmmm, Altador plot prizes or virus removed from Neopets. 
Somehow I doubt their priorities are that straight, note the dripping sarcasm, but I sure hope you are right (especially if Premium members are affected, and SUPPOSEDLY they "get" no ads ..... riiiiiiiight?!?!?)
