Have we determined if 24 is valid or too high yet?
What about 1?

I've now tried every combination of multiples of 3 between 3 and 21 and no dice.

Well lets try something. Me and a friend are working on this...more minds appreciated. Anyone know what the letters on altadors banners say? (you know how all the top banners in neopets say something behind them...)

Anyone have any idea about any of em?

1 is not multple of 3 and it doesn't work (I think - I'd be surprised if it does).

One and zero are not multiples of 3 but both could be fit into a patter that creates multiples of three. Thus if the answer isn't "multiples of 3" but instead say "ascend in increments of 3 starting at 0" than 0 would be a valid value.

I was mostly asking to see if anyone had gotten a spell book with a number less than three or higher than 21

Has anyone tried this? Seems like they found a logical explaination to find the room that has your book. :)

That person's theory worked perfectly for me. I followed his rules to and got room 9,15. My book was number 2.

Because the Neoboard will asplode, here is the solution to finding your room.

Take your (x, y) co-ordinated of your Sleeper, example:
(70,213) (30, 183) (-10, 153) (-50, 153), (-90, 183) (-130, 213)

Add all the "x"s and "y"s together, keep the negative numbers negative.
"x"s add up to -180
"y"s add up to 1098

Then count the "x"s. 1+8=9
Count the y's. 1+9+8=18
That makes 9 and 18

And that would be your room!

:) Hope it makes it easier for people (unlike I... >_>).

yup!

yeah, that theory definitely worked for me, my book was in 15,18

That method does not work for me...my star scores add up to 18, but my book was in room 21.

My y scores add up to 20, but my book was in y room 12.

Does the book appear in your inventory automaticly when you click the correct link? Or do you need to press a special button like 'take the book' ?

The book does not appear in your inventory at all.
