I agree that doing this works. Althought what really should be done is this:
set the left and main rooms as shown above. then click randomly in the right room until it works, or it floods and you ahve to start again. i did that and it worked

I am up-to-date on everything before the protector.

When I go to the farm, and it says, "take note of what the farmer says", I get an old message.

EDIT: Nevermind, I hadn't clicked "continue" at the Minitheus!

i think you have to go and try to get the amulet first. speaking of which, SNaK, you spelled it amulent an part of the walkthrough.

about the library...don't know if this was already posted, i haven't had time to read through the splits i missed.
in the url of the lib.,there are some cordinates:

"nonsense" is to stop thread-stretching.when you go east, the "arcx" goes up, west it goes down, and the same for north/south and the y cord. you can change them, to, say, 100000000000000 and 2000, and then going east gives you 100000000000001 and 2000. just thought i should through that out there. still, the cordinates are probably just so they know where the edges are. i don't think there are east or north edges, or there would be a limit on how high you could go. the "nonsense" of numbers and letters is the key to whatever we're going to find, i think. bad news: it's UNBREAKABLE!

I would imagine, yes. It would be quite a stroke of luck if you didn't need to switch something in all three rooms.

And if your question is specifically about the randomness, we still don't have an idea how it works. Although it seems flooding Altador, then flipping one or two afterwards seems to have helped a good bunch of people.

It is definately NOT always necessary to click something in EVERY room.
I posted before about what worked for me and I only moved things in TWO of the rooms. I went in the first center room, clicked some stuff and the water moved from one tank to the other. Then I went into the room to the right and flipped the switches there and it worked. It took 30 seconds and I never even went into the room on the left. Hope this clears things up a tiny bit or is helpful to someone.

ummmmmm...my Torakor statue isn't showing up, the picture's messed up. it says that it "contains errors". probably a server error, but i DID get Torakor for my oil&rags statue....

Yes, it is like the one the minitheus was guarding. The darkest faerie was turned into stone by jerdana using her orb. I think it's in the darkest faerie ps2 game

Just wanted to point out that although a lot of people have had solutions with the left and middle rooms all on (including me) there have been solutions posted where this was not true. Definately try this but don't bet your sanity on it.

maybe we should put that in the wtfaq too, the statue has been mentioned, the aisha's, the refreshing to open the door to the plant, the wild calculations about when the next clue will be out...

Either way, my idea on the water plant is (as also stated 3589 times before) random clicking. No need to flood, and not everybody has to click something in all three rooms. I don't know about any combinations since I solved this clue mostly on my own, but many thanks to the ppt'ers with the eventual walkthrough. Either way, this clue was probably just my lucky clue or something.

Well, after having looked at it for a good five seconds, I think that it may just be the order that the heroes were found in, referring to their order in the Hall of Heroes (6, 9, 2, 4, 11, 7, 5, 10, 3, 8, 1, 12) (although the 12 is a bit premature, I'll forgive you).

I fixed the sewers by clicking aimlessly. XD Okay, well, not aimlessly, just in no particular pattern. Anyway, I got it in less than a minute. I was pretty surprised and happy, needless to say. Heh.

Except now I can't flood Altador anymore!! :cry:

I've no idea yet how you got the number shadow, but it'd be cool if you're right. I've been roaming the library endlessly, but nothing has come of it yet.

Is anyone still able to get into the closet where you found the meepits? I failed to write down how I got there the first time and haven't been able to reenter it thus far.

Someone posted that they found it but it only had a broom I believe they said.
