Oh hey, how about that glitch where you were thrown into other people's accounts? I got to see manhunter11's account up close and personal. And had a ****ing heart attack because I thought for certain I would end up frozen for their glitch even though I logged right out and gave him a warning. Other people weren't so kind when they found themselves in other people's accounts.

And I'm sorry, I have no sympathy for their "human" mistakes. I worked for a company that provided a free service to 3 million people, with a lot more at stake. At least they don't have to constantly re-program their database to account for changing federal laws. If you profit from your business, and you rely on your customers, treat your customers with respect.

i honestly hate it so much when you guys do this... they dont make that many mistakes, and its a friggin website, what do you expect? lets see you maintain a website like that without any mistakes...

...and not to mention its FREE... maybe if they start charging you money, then you can complain. and ENT? Evil Neopets Team? what the heck is up with that? ugh, i cant believe youd go and make a whole board just to point out their mistakes.....

 Take it easy, its just a play on an abbreviation.

People who says its a free site and anything that happens is justified are just ignorant. They make a ton of money off us, you'd think they treat us cash cows better. They already have a poor rating with the Better Business Bureau. They don't give warnings when there is a big glitch, or explanations, or even apologies. Just "oops, our monkeys ate the files", etc.

Vertigo is absolutely right, the fact that it is a large company is not an excuse. When's the last time eBay or Amazon.com let you access other accounts or lost digital transfers of money? Heck, Yahoo email is free, they make money off ads and pay accounts, they have many accounts to deal with, and they haven't reandomly given out my password yet.

Neopets needs to sink more money into upgrades...evidently the "new servers" they got are not enough (if anything, Neo seems to be more buggy after their upgrades). I don't think they were ready for the influx of new users from the McDonald's campaign.

Actually, it probably is hard to run a website. But that doesn't give them the right to promise things and years later not released it but a load of other things are released instead. Nor does it give them to allow a load of glitches to happen, and not even announce it or apologize. Sure, I'm all for sticking up for the neo team, cutting them a bit of slack, but when they freeze users for no reason, don't return expensive items after their OWN glitches, and freeze people just for sending bug reports, I think that they had better change their ways before they lose their players. We are the ones that make neo, without us, they'd be no more.

Yes, that's what this board is about. Sure, they work hard, but does that make what they do to people right? Does that make favouring people right? Does that mean allowing a scammer to go and hack all the people they want, even if they aren't doing anything wrong right? Pfft. I think not.
