Yes, my FF button wasn't flashing too, but I randomly decided to click on it, and thus got my Cannonmaster Plushie after all! 
Yay for installing the Toolbar! And yes, my IE button was flashing. So someone should really alert TNT of this. But still, yay me! *knocks on wood*

This is seriously annoying me. They keep jerking us around with it and it won't even work in Firefox. 
I'l just leave the alert window open and set to refresh every 5 minutes until they fix their buggy toolbar.
