I did!
I said it might be some kind of war prize- you have to have a certain number of war points to get it. That would make sense since it is celebrating the end of the war and and all. I don't know though.

I like the new sidebar, it's bright and shiny. It just showed up while I was playing Neoquest, one moment yellow, the next blue.
I also think it will have to be bought with war poins, too bad for those who didn't do too well.

Well, I may be totally wrong. It's just my guess that it has to do with war points. But who knows.

Might have something to do with the war tokens that people did not turn in for points. Perhaps bringing them somewhere?

Well, I have 121 points (from games) and I don't have it. It could very well be that we have to wait the two days to see if we've unlocked it . Just a thought!
