That's how I always assumed they could tell, which I admit has made me want a program that refreshes at slightly random intervals instead of regular ones.

I suppose I should feel sorry for TNT's bandwidth woes, but I really don't. They're the ones that made so many avatars, BD challengers, and petpetpets that require vast amounts of refreshing that are unbearably tedious to do by hand. (One reason I don't have most of them: I'm too scared to use an autorefresher except for things like transfers, but can't be bothers to refresh for hours by hand.) If they don't like it, they can always change it.

The shame with neo is that it's so big that it needs to view things as 'Guilty until proven innocent', and see it better to freeze first, then allow the person to ask for their account back, than visa versa. In a way this works, because real cheaters will know defeat and won't usually try getting their accounts back, or may try, but with only one email. Good players, such as yourself by the sounds of it, will pester them, and they will look into the matter. And quite often they deem the person innocent.

It's easier to look into the matter later than before freezing, since most freezing are legitimate.
