It seems to be the colour of some of the maraquan pets, but I can't make a match

nothing in Greetings.

There are very few scaly things on neopets. This shouldn't take too long. I'm checking trading cards.

EDIT: Checked them and all shopkeeps.

EDIT 2: I checked all the shopkeepers. New Galert Days are up.

EDIT 3: Checked all the Sloth TCG. Saw a space suit that was similar.

EDIT 4: Meridell TCG is checked. Usul in waiting was similar.

EDIT 5: Checking Caption Contests.

I can't believe nobody else is on PPT right now looking for the MP!

I looked at aquatic petpets, a few ok ones, but nothing too close

EDIT: Faerie petpets are done too.(not painted faerie, but petpets from the faerie shop)

EDIT2: Not meridell petpets or petpets that can be painted maraquan.

In fact, TNT did use flash as MP before, I remember there was one from the BD flash, another from the Neopet tutorial, and one from the Mystery Island Sacrificer game

I checked Neopedia, collectibles, shop blogs and found nothing:(
