i tried it once, then went back to it again
i guess u have to had played it once and when it tells u u can't play again for now, that's when u get the parchment...probably to avoid ppl who've already spinned today getting angry...hehe

I got it on the wheel even though I'd already recently played. I got the normal oops message, and underneath it was the parchment - try again and see if it works.

I won 50 NP and then went back to try it again. It told me I could only play once per day, but gave me the map.
So SPIN SPIN SPIN then go back again.
