I have had that one a few times, it came out when the Hannah and the Ice Cave Plot was around (end 2004).

Heh, looks to me like a Pink Draik Morphing potion and a Christmas Koi Morphing Potion. I'm not big on stamps, but those two make me mildly jealous...I should get back into restocking...
