Many thought he was an eyrie back then becaus eof the mane and the fact his wings were on his back, unlike normal korbats. Lack of a beak should have said he wasn't an eyrie though.

Sorry, I'm a little behind the times here...

But wouldn't Darigan have been, by default, a darigan korbat. (a color which doesn't exist in neopia, Darigan being the original and only one so far)
