Alright...I've been with neopets off and on for about 3 years now and I have Never had this much trouble logging into it. I opened up a new account this morning and created a pet and entered my activation code. All of that was done then my computer decided to restart itself and since then I have not been able to get into Neopets.
Now I did try to login multiple times with my new account and it says that I do not have an active neopet and after I enter my pw it looks like I'm logged in but it doesn't show that I am. Also, I can't get anywhere on the sight. After trying that account I decided to make another one and I am still having the same trouble getting into Neopets.

Does anyone and any clue as to what's going on, or any advice?

P.S.
I sent Neopets an e-mail trying to explain the situation and I doubt that I'll hear from them any time soon

Did you enter the security code? You have to do that now, or else you won't get in. Other than that, I don't know what to do.

I know about the security code and entered it and I know that the login moved to the top...but like I said none of that info is at the top and it doesn't even show that I had logged in.

Might want to check that you're not blocking cookies from Neopets.

My computer sometimes acts funny like that, so have you tried restarting your computer to make sure that the problem does not lie at your end?

Make sure your computer's time and date are current.

clear your cookies / history, and then follow the link that you got in your e-mail to verify. That should get you in. If you don't have it anymore, then try logging in again with cleared cookies.

Yes, that sounds like the problem to me.

Well, my aunt informed me when she got home that one of the programs that she has on her comp doesn't like neopets. It's called GhostSurf(er) or something like that.
I appreciate all the help and suggestions.

We have a similar problem. Thankfully, not with Neo. Anytime anyone tries to go to ebay, the whole internet shuts down. Doesn't matter which computer makes the attempt either (we have three). Weird computer karma. And, it happens every time we try.

Try a different browser. If you are on internet explorer try netscape or firefox sometimes that will help. Otherwise check that none of your firewall, spyware or other security programs aren't blocking the site. Finally delete all of your neopets cookies from your computer, restart and try again. Only do this last one though if you are confident you know what you are doing.
