(updated front page contents and coding, as i think it was needed. Other admins, what do you think needs to be changed? Just a quick edit to get started)
(new front page that looks very similar, but has much tidier code and should therefore be easier to maintain. Includes drop shadows (because those are cool again) and it looks better when the fa and news are different lengths.)
