During the Festival, Kari comes down from the cold of [[Terror Mountain]] to celebrate with the rest of Neopia. Users can help her to prepare by completing a series of quests.  


During the Festival, Kari leaves her [[Neggery]] to hide Neggs in different [[Neopia]]n lands and gives players riddles to solve to find them. There is also a different [[Neocash]] activity available each year. The Festival hub is set up on a green outside of [[Neopia Central]].
