Hannah was tricked into finding a long lost tomb by Kanrik. An amazing adventure began.

Chapter 1

Frame 1

Galem: Statues, pottery and a few old books. Hardly worth the effort to bring it back. Get this rubbish out of my sight.

Frame 2

Old Korbat: My Lord, there is something interesting here. I can't make it all out but there is some mention of a very special gem. Galem: How special?

Frame 3

Old Korbat: It says there is a huge gem called the Heart of the Mountain hidden within Terror Mountain that is said to bring eternal life.

Frame 4

Old Korbat: It says something about a key to the heart deep within a tomb with these strange markings on it. That is all I can make out, sir.

Frame 5

Galem: You are my most able thieves and I have a little task for you. There is something I want hidden in a tomb somewhere. The tomb has strange markings on it like this. Bring what is inside the tomb to me and I will reward you very richly. We shall meet in a month at the foot of Terror Mountain. Now, be off and find me my prize!

Frame 6

Galem: Wait! I have a special mission for you.

Chapter Two

Frame 1

Hannah: [dancing around in a pub] They call me Hannah the brave, Hannah the quick. I'll get you the gems and be out in a tick. When they see Hannah coming, they all turn and flee! Pirates and ghouls are no match for me.

Frame 2

[Hannah dancing on a table]

Frame 3

Kanrik: Excuse me, Hannah? I have heard of your great deeds and could use your assistance with a matter of grave importance.

Frame 4

Kanrik: My sister is dying and I need to help her. My village has been afflicted with a mysterious plague and I have been sent to find the cure.

Frame 5

Kanrik: The cure is hidden in a tomb somewhere and I lack the experience to retrieve it. My only clues are these strange symbols. [shows Hannah a scroll]

Frame 6

Hannah: Hmm... I have seen something like those symbols before. It was a long time ago when I was in the Lost Desert.

Frame 7

Kanrik: Please Hannah, take me there, help me save my sister. Hannah: The Lost Desert is far, I don't know...

Frame 8

Kanrik: I can pay you, my family is wealthy. Here take these now. You can have more when I get back to my village. [gives Hannah a bag of gems] Hannah: I hope you've packed your summer clothes! Let's get going!

Chapter 3

Frame 1

Kanrik: [to some masked theives] Follow close behind us, but make sure your presence is not known. I want you near in case there is any trouble.

Frame 2

Hannah: [to Kanrik] All set. Let's get going.

Frame 3

Hannah: So tell me more about your village. How did it get infected? Kanrik: We honestly don't know. First it was just one or two, and then it began to spread.

Frame 4

Kanrik: People kept getting weaker and weaker, until there were just a few healthy ones left.

Frame 5

Kanrik: My sister, she...

Frame 6

Kanrik: [falling off a cliff] Hannah! Help me!

Frame 7

Hannah: I got you, climb up slowly.

Frame 8

Kanrik: Thank you...

Frame 9

Hannah: You said something about your sister earlier. What is she like?

Frame 10

Kanrik: You remind me of here somewhat. She loved to sing and dance.

Frame 11

Kanrik: Now she barely has the energy to whisper. I have to get that cure Hannah, for her sake.

Frame 12

Hannah: Don't worry, we'll find it.

Chapter 4

Frame 1

Hannah: [to Kanrik while walking in a tomb] These markings are very old.

Frame 2

Hannah: [examining old markings] Interesting... I can't make it all out, but it says "A demi-god of awesome power lays within."

Frame 3

Hannah: A god, wow! There must be some amazing treasure here. Let's find out.

Frame 4-6

[Hannah is dodging arrows and escaping booby traps]

Frame 7

Hannah: Wait I heard something behind us. I guess it was nothing. I hope this tomb doesn't hold anymore suprises.

Frame 8

Hannah: [Hannah and Kanrik walk into a large room] This must be the inner chamber.

Frame 9

Hannah: I'll go first. Keep an eye out for...

Frame 10

[Hannah steps on a secret button]

Hannah: What was that?

Frame 12-14

[door to the tomb opens and Hannah touches it, giving her a cursed tatoo]

[Hannah falls off a cliff]

Hannah: Kanrik! Help me!

Frame 15

[Kanrik looks evilly down at Hannah]

Hannah: [Hannah falls] Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Frame 17

Masked Thieves: [to Kanrik] Is everything okay? We heard a scream. Kanrik: Yes, everything is fine now, let's get a move on.

Chapter 5

Frame 1

[Hannah lying on the ground, at the bottom of a cliff]

Frame 2

Hannah: [fixing her wound] Curse you Kanrik!

Frame 3

Kanrik: [saying to the theives that followed, while in the tomb] So much for treasures. This room is empty apart from this thing. Pick it up, you two.

Frame 4

Kanrik: [leaving the tomb] Quick now, Galem waits at Terror Mountain.

Frame 5-8

[Hannah climbs back up the cliff, and then enters the tomb]

Frame 9

Hannah: [searching the tomb] There has to be something more here.

Frame 10

Hannah: [staring at a wall with markings] I wish I could understand all of this!

Frame 11

Hannah: [touching the wall] Dust has been piling up here for... oh!

Frame 12

[reaches for the gem]

Frame 13

Hannah: [takes the Keystone and puts it around her neck] This should make the trip worthwhile.

Frame 14

Hannah: [wandering around a desert village] They must have a doctor of some kind here.

Frame 15

Doctor: [dressing Hannah's wound] This is a very nasty wound you have here Hannah. It is a powerful curse that it beyond my ability to heal.

Frame 16

Hannah: It's just a burn, it will heal soon enough. Thank you for your help, but I must leave for Terror Mountain at once.

Frame 17

Doctor: If you insist on going you will need warmer clothes. Here, take these.

Frame 18

[Valin travelling through the snow]

[Valin knocks on Taelia's door]

[the door is opened]

Taelia: Oh my, another lost soul. When will they learn?

[Taelia takes Valin inside]

Chapter 6

Frame 1

Taelia: There, you poor thing. You will be warm in no time.

Frame 2

Taelia: [Valin jumps out of his robe] What?!

Frame 3

Taelia: [Valin breaks a vase] How dare you?!?! Stop that now!

Frame 4

Valin: [Valin jumps on dresser] Tee hee hee.

Frame 5

Valin: [Throws ice dice and snowball] Taelia: Don't touch those!

Frame 6

[Snowball hits Taelia, SPLATTT]

Frame 7

Taelia: [Taelia squints her eyes] I'm warning you! Stop that now or I will stop you myself!

Frame 8

Taelia: [Valin holds up a wand] Put that down!

Frame 9

[Valin zaps Taelia with the wand, BZZAP!]

Frame 10

[Taelia is frozen in a block of ice]

Frame 11

[Valin pokes Taelia, TAP TAP]

Frame 12

Valin: [jumps out the window] Hee, hee, hee.

Frame 13

Hannah: [in a snow storm] It can't be much further.

Frame 14

Hannah: What is happening to me?

Frame 15

[Hannah falls in the snow]

[Hannah is lying in the snow, and her necklace starts to glow, along with the hearth of the mountain]

Chapter 7

Frame 1

[A Bori is walking through the snow, as if searching.]

Frame 2

[Bori finds Hannah's unconscious body underneath the snow.]

Frame 3

[Bori drags Hannah's limp body across snowy landscape.]

Frame 4

[Bori and Hannah are in cave, fire in center.] Hannah: (holding soup) So err...what are you?

Frame 5

Bori: (to Hannah) I'm called Armin and I'm a Bori. My people live inside the mountain.

Frame 6

Armin: (closeup) That's if there is anyone else left...

Frame 7

Armin: (closeup) There was once a beast. A monster. He desired all the treasure within Terror Mountain.

Frame 8

[Piece of old pictographed parchment. Apparently Armin is describing the story from the parchment fragments that make up the next few frames.] Armin: Hundreds of Bori lived happily within this mountain. That is, until HE came...

Frame 9

[Piece of old pictographed parchment.] Armin: He brought destruction and terror. Many Bori were killed. The leader of the Bori tribe cast a spell to protect his people.

Frame 10

[Piece of old pictographed parchment.] Armin: The spell froze my people within the ice. The Heart of the Mountain, a magical gem, kept us alive, warm, and safe from danger.

Frame 11

[Final Piece of old pictographed parchment.] Armin: The monster comes from far away, he seeks the gem too, but for a different purpose. If he were to find it, my people... would die.

Frame 12

Armin: (closeup) I don't know what has happened, or where anyone else is. I woke up alone out here a few days ago and just have that old story going round and round in my head.

Frame 13

[Zoomed out view of the Thieves Base Camp at the foot of Terror Mountain.]

Frame 14

[Inside Galem's tent. Masila and Galem are within, Valin has just returned from his mission.] Galem: (to Valin) So what have you to report? Valin: Big faerie's frozen. Won't be trouble no more.

Frame 15

[Closeup of Galem.] Galem: Good. Without her meddling spells things should go smoothly here.

Frame 16

Masila: (drops bag of gold into Valin's hand) As promised, here is your reward.

Frame 17

Masila: (to Galem) My love, if you wish I will walk among the thieves this night. They work hard and need words of encouragement.

Frame 18

Galem: Very well, but do not stay too late.

Chapter 8

Frame 1

Masila: So my clever little love, you were the one who found what Galem was looking for. Do you even know what it is? Kanrik: It's just an old coffin.

Frame 2

Masila: Oh no, it is so much more. You have bought back a great monster who could fight for us. With its help we could kill Galem and lead the thieves, you and I.

Frame 3

Kanrik: Masila I told you before, we cannot beat Galem. You saw what happend to the last thieves who tried to challenge him!

Frame 4

Masila: [Puts hand on coffin.] But they didn't have our little friend here...

Frame 5

Masila: Release him Kanrik. Set this beast on Galem and let him clear the way for us. Kanrik: Galem is our leader, I cannot betray him.

Frame 6

Kanrik: [Hears voices of Masila in dream saying : Release him..., Set this beast on Galem..., Lead the thieves you and I...]

Chapter 9

Frame 1 Kanrik (peering out from tent): Masila is right. This monster could work for us.

Frame 2 Kanrik (holding coffin): You two give me a hand here.

Frame 3 [Group of thieves stands with ropes holding the coffin.] Kanrik: When I say three pull your ropes. One... two...

Frame 4 Kanrik: Three!

Frame 5 [The Bringer of Night's claw on edge of coffin.]

Frame 6 [The Bringer of Night arising from coffin.]

Frame 7 [The Bringer of Night's face.]

Frame 8 [Red glowing ice crystals.]

Frame 9 [The Bringer of Night's face again.]

Frame 10 Kanrik (to The Bringer who is walking away): Wait. Come back. I command you!

Frame 11 [The Bringer stands in the center of an army of skeletal minions.] Scorchio: Wahh... What? Run!

Frame 12 Galem (holding up dagger): To arms! Defend the camp!

Frame 13: [Snow beast, flea-ridden snow beast, and angry snow beast standing in front of Armin and Hannah.]

Chapter 10

Frame 1 [Galem and two theives are seen raising their weapons to an enormous army of Icy Skeletons]

Frame 2 Cybunny Theif: It's hopeless. We have been fighting all night and they keep coming!

Frame 3 [The sun rises and the skeletal army melts on the spot.] Galem: The sun. It's killing them!

Frame 4 [The Bringer is fighting two theives.] Galem: [extending palm out] Stop! I know what you are!

Frame 5 Galem: You want to get into the mountain. We can help you find a way in.

Frame 6 [The Bringer glares at the theives while Galem stands tall with his hands on his hips.]

Frame 7 [The theives are back at camp. Kanrik is tied up with two armed thieves at his side.] Galem: [Accusing Kanrik] You fool! You thought releasing that thing would benefit us?

Frame 8 Galem: I have killed better men than you for less Kanrik!

Frame 9 Masila: [Touching Galem's nose] Stop my love. Killing is too good for this one.

Frame 10 [Kanrik bears his fangs at Masila while she glances at him.] Masila: He is a theif. Banishment from the Thieves' Guild would be a far worse fate than death.

Frame 11 Galem: Do as you please Masila. You normally do.

Frame 12 Galem: [To rest of camp] What are you lot staring at? Start clearing up this mess!

Frame 13 [Masila, with the help of a theif, poors a mysterious liquid into Kanrik's mouth by force.]

Chapter 11

Frame 1: [Kanrik (having headache?) Ow, my head]

Frame 2: Kanrik: Poison! Masila, she did this to me!

Frame 3: [Kanrik walking and looking at the horizon seeing light]

Frame 4: [Kanrik seeing the light]

Frame 5: [Kanrik seeing Hannah and Armin sleeping in a cave] Kanrik: My, what a surprise is this!

Frame 6: [Armin and Hannah wakes up] Hannah: Kanrik!

Frame 7: [Hannah starts fighting with Kanrik] Kanrik: Stop! Hannah, listen to me!

Frame 8: [Armin pushing stick to Kanrik] Armin: Never!

Frame 9: Hannah and Armin are pushing Kanrik Kanrik: I'm sorry Hannah

Frame 10: [Kanrik, Armin and Hannah are falling through the ice wall]

Frame 11: [Kanrik, Armin and Hannah are standing up in the cave]

Frame 12: [Hannah tries to stand up] Hannah: I can't fight you anymore, Kanrik. I don't have the strength...

Frame 13: [Kanrik is giving a helping hand to Hannah] Kanrik: I didn't want to fight you anyway, Hannah

Frame 14: [Armin still wants to fight Kanrik, and bangs fists to Kanrik's leg] Kanrik: And you- Knock it off

Frame 15: [Kanrik, Armin and Hannah are sitting at the fire, drinking soup?] Kanrik: I really am sorry Hannah, I didn't know about the curse

Frame 16: Kanrik: The thieves have betrayed me, I'm on my own now

Frame 17: Armin: Bori lived in this mountain. The others are inside, if they are still alive

Frame 18: Kanrik: Galem and the thieves are digging into the mountain. They will move faster now that that demon has joined now

Frame 19: [Armin and Hannah have big eyes (looking bit scared)] Armin: The Bringer is loose? The others we must warn them!

Frame 20: [Armin running into tunnel, Kanrik is helping Hannah standing up] Armin: Quick, this way... This tunnel must lead inside

Frame 21: [Masila and Galem standing oustide, looking at the machine digging in the mountain] Galem: At this rate, we will be into the caverns by nightfall

Chapter 12

Frame 1 Kanrik: [Armin is leading Kanrik, who is carrying Hannah in his arms, through the cave.] It's getting warmer.

Frame 2 Galem: [Galem is pointing at the digging machine] Dig my men! Dig!

Frame 3 Hannah: [Hannah, Kanrik, and Armin enter the frozen cave with frozen Bori including the Keeper of Time] Wow! This is beautiful!

Frame 4 Hannah: [In the background is the loud digging machine: Rrrr] What's that?

Frame 5 Kanrik: [Kanrik quickly grabs both Hannah and Armin] Quick! Hide!

Frame 6 [The digging machine breaks through a wall into the frozen cave]

Frame 7 Quiggle Thief: [Galem's forces enter the cave] Wow!

Frame 8 [The Heart of the Mountain crystal shines in the light]

Frame 9 Galem: [Galem addresses his workers] Spread out and surround the cavern!

Frame 10 [The sun begins to set]

Frame 11 Galem: [Galem reaches out to touch the crystal] Look at that. What a beauty!

Frame 12 [As Galem reaches for the crystal, The Bringer looks straight at Galem and the crystal]

Frame 13 [Night falls]

Frame 14 Galem: [The Bringer summons his ice warriors/minions] What are you doing?!

Frame 15 [The Bringer's Eyes turn red]

Frame 16 Galem: Kill them! Kill them all!

Frame 17 [Fighting begins between ice warriors/minion and Galem's fighters]

Chapter 13

Frame 1 Hannah: [Hannah, Kanrik, and Armin are hiding behind the Keeper of Time's chair.] What do we do now?

Frame 2 Keeper:[The Keeper looks back at Hannah] ...

Frame 3 Keeper: [To Hannah] You have the keystone...

Frame 4 Hannah:[Hannah looks down to her crystal as it begins to glow]

Frame 5 Keeper: [To Hannah] Unite it with the heart. Hurry!

Frame 6 [The Keeper lifts a finger and points at the Heart of the Mountain as the fighting continues]

Frame 7 Hannah: [To Kanrik] Will you help me? Please?

Frame 8 Kanrik: [Jumping into the battle] I would love to...

Frame 9 [Hannah and Armin enter the battle and begin to fight]

Frame 10 [Valin jumps around with bags of jewelry and coins as the fighting continues]

Frame 11 [Galem fights an ice warrior, Hannah and Armin team up on a Skeith fighter, Kanrik is grabbed by a Skeith fighter, and the fighting continues]

Frame 12 [Armin is preparing to shoot his slingshot and The Bringer is fighting against many soldiers as Hannah tries to make her way to the Heart of the Mountain]

Chapter 14

Frame 1 Galem: [sees Kanrik] You! I knew I should have killed you.

Frame 2 [Kanrik and Galem draw daggers] Kanrik: You're no match for me, you oaf.

Frame 3 Galem: You may be younger, Kanrik...

Frame 4 Galem: [starts running around Kanrik] ...but you're not wiser.

Frame 5 Kanrik: [strikes Galem] Nice try, Galem...

Frame 6 [Galem lies dead] Kanrik: ...but this is the end for you.

Frame 7 Hannah: [approaching the Heart] Almost there...

Frame 8 [the Bringer stands in front of Hannah]

Frame 9 [Bringer starts attacking] Hannah: Armin! Help!

Frame 10 Armin: [starts attacking the Bringer] Armin: Hurry, Hannah!

Frame 11 [Hannah connects the Keystone with the Heart]

Frame 12 [the Bringer stands over Hannah, dagger ready]

Frame 13 [Heart glows]

Frame 14 [glow spreads over Thieves]

Frame 15 [Bori awaken]

Frame 16 [Keeper of Time blows horn]

Frame 17 [Bori grab weapons]

Frame 18 Masila: Time for me to depart.

Chapter 15

Frame 1: [Bori are fighting Thieves] Keeper of Time: Fight Bori! Defend yourselves!

Frame 2: [Bringer raises dagger over Hannah] Hannah: AHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Frame 3: [Hannah dodges dagger]

Frame 4 [dagger strikes the Heart]

Frame 5 [glow spreads over the Bringer]

Frame 6 [glows over the Bringer even more]

Frame 7 [Bringer is turned to ice]

Frame 8 Armin: [fires slingshot] Take that, you big bully.

Frame 9: [rock strikes Bringer's left eye]

Frame 10 Hannah: Good shot, Armin!

Frame 11 [crack appears in Bringer and spreads]

Frame 12 [Bringer explodes]

Frame 13 [Bringer and ice skeletons melt]

Frame 14 A Thief: We're outnumbered. Run!

Frame 15 [Thieves run away]

Frame 16 Hannah: Kanrik...Armin...

Frame 17 [Kanrik and Armin turn] Armin: Hannah!

Frame 18 [Hannah faints]

Frame 19: [Kanrik and Armin look at Hannah] Armin: What's happened to her?

Chapter 16

Frame 1 [Keeper of Time examines Hannah] Keeper of Time: This is the Mark of Ta-Kutep. Only Taelia has the power to lift the curse.

Frame 2 Keeper of Time: Quick. To Taelia now!

Frame 3 [group starts to trudge through the snow] Kanrik: We haven't much time. Hurry!

Frame 4 [group approaches igloo]

Frame 5 [Mark of Ta-Kutep starts to glow]

Frame 6 [Hannah faints again]

Frame 7 Masila: [watches them] Curse you Kanrik, betrayer!

Frame 8 Masila: I will have revenge on you and your beloved Hannah.

Frame 9 [Masila runs through trees]

Frame 10 Keeper of Time: Strange, Taelia never leaves her door open like this.

Frame 11 [group sees Taelia frozen] Keeper of Time: My oh my. What has happened to her?

Frame 12 Keeper of Time: [casts a spell, Taelia awakens] I hope I can remember the proper spell.

Frame 13 Taelia: [draining liquid onto Hannah's wound] You brought her to me just in time.

Frame 14 Taelia: You are very lucky to be alive young Hannah. I have lifted the curse, but this mark will remain with you forever.

Frame 15 Narrarator: With Galem removed, Kanrik became the leader of the thieves.

Frame 16 Narrarator: The Bori received a warm welcome to Neopia.

Frame 17 Armin: [being licked by Polarchuck] Stop it. That tickles!

Frame 18 [Hannah is dancing in a tavern] Narrarator: And Hannah returned to doing what she loved best.
